Southwest Chamber Music
For the past 6 years, Lynn has had the honor to play with Southwest Chamber Music, the Los Angeles based Grammy Award-winning chamber ensemble. During her tenure with this ensemble, she has performed, toured, recorded and participated in outreach programs in several countries and with several composers. It has been a joy to collaborate so closely with composers such as Chinary Ung, William.
Kraft and Kurt Rhode among others, many of which have become treasured friends. To record the Complete Chamber Music of Carlos Chavez with the Tambuco Percussion Ensemble with Southwest Chamber Music was a true highlight for Lynn, only to be matched by the historical opportunity to record The Encounters Series of the works of William Kraft.
As a touring ensemble, Lynn has traveled several times to Southeast Asia with Southwest Chamber, including the upcoming Ascending Dragon Cultural Exchange happening in March of 2010.
